"Zhixin Brand" smoke barrier is a smoke barrier separation facility made of non-combustible materials and vertically installed under the roof or beam of the building, which forms a smoke storage space to prevent the spread of smoke in case of fire. Its implementation standard is GA 533-2012 Smoke Barrier, which was issued and implemented by the Ministry of Public Security of the People's Republic of China on December 1, 2012, replacing the original GA 533-2005 version. The standard stipulates that it is divided into fixed type (code D) and movable type (code H) according to the installation mode, flexible type (code R) and rigid type (code G) according to the rigidity, and the effective lowering height is not less than 500mm.
The current standard is applicable to the design and manufacture of smoke barrier in smoke compartment of industrial and civil buildings. It requires that the material should be metal plate, non-combustible inorganic composite plate or fireproof glass, the high temperature resistance should be kept intact for 30 minutes at (620 ± 20) ℃, and the smoke leakage should be kept at (200 ± 15) ℃. The static pressure difference of (25 ± 5) Pa before and after the smoke barrier shall not exceed 25m ³/ (m ² · H) [2]. The movable smoke barrier shall have the linkage function with the smoke detector, and meet the requirements of wind swing resistance and signal feedback. In 2023, the state started the revision of the standard, led by the Tianjin Fire Research Institute of the Ministry of Emergency Management, and planned to upgrade the industry standard to the national standard, mainly adjusting the classification code, material performance requirements and test methods, and deleting the single section width limit and other provisions.
